I want you to feel completely confident and cared for when you shop here, so please take a moment to review the policies below.

Exchanges & Returns

All sales are final. Because each piece is handmade—often made-to-order—returns cannot be accepted and refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Exchanges may be considered at my discretion. If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item so we can discuss a possible exchange.

Processing & Shipping Times

Ready-to-ship items will be mailed out within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order pieces require time, care, and a bit of alchemy—please allow 14–16 business days for crafting before your order ships.

Wear & Care

Coyote Moon jewelry is built for everyday enchantment, but like all handmade pieces, it deserves to be treated with care.
Please avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, exercising, applying lotions or perfumes, or doing activities that may put stress on the metal or stones. Sterling silver can develop a natural patina over time—this is normal and can be gently polished back to shine.
